Summary
This book tells the story of Taro and his brother Jimmy who are sent, along with their mother, to live in a Japanese internment camp after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Their father is sent to prison. The book discusses Jimmy struggles within the camp, and how he finds joy after finding fish for younger brother Jimmy. At the end of the story, his father is released and the family is reunited.
