Youth often are developing self-knowledge and their ability to fight for change. By bringing together artists and educators to learn about the African Diaspora, this curriculum was designed to promote youth leadership by engaging them with Black history. Ideally, through these lessons, youth can begin to lead grassroots campaigns to address youth problems.
